Lily Pad House designed by Catalyst Architecture Organic Custom Residential Design by Catalyst Architecture Rim Club Custom Home designed by Catalyst Architecture

Our residential clientele come from diverse backgrounds, with widely ranging tastes, budgets and sensibilities. Because no two clients or building sites are alike, each of our residential designs are unique. In common though is a commitment to creating an individual solution, which takes advantage of the site specific views, solar orientation, natural features and existing vegetation. Options for alternative energy generation and resource conservation are discussed at the project outset. Proven non-toxic, recyclable, and resource efficient materials are recommended when feasible. While the alternatives for sustainable building materials and methods are many, our goal is to develop an integrative solution that is consistent with our clients' desires, interests, and budget. As a result, we have maintained a client base of very satisfied home owners.

Hope you had a great weekend- We did! Sitting on the screened in porch is delicious, and the outward slant adds something very special. We loooovvve it!

With all of the confusion yesterday, I shamelessly neglected to tell you how much we love your design and creativity -- we finally have our dream house. In a way, the house is much yours as ours, and you have a standing invitation to use it at your discretion. You did great!!!

- Shelby & Sybil Yastrow

We can’t thank you enough for your expertise and creativity. You put on paper what we’ve been visualizing for so long. You understood our vision and turned it into something real and special for us. Your willingness to listen to our concerns and address them meant a lot to us. Please know we really appreciate your keeping the costs within our budget. It was truly a pleasure working with you.

Wow! Love it. Believe you have a good sense
of what I want. I really love the look of the house. It is exactly what I wanted design-wise.
