master planning, governmental, tribal, non-profit and custom
residential assignments in

SAN LUIS NATIONAL
WILDLIFE VISITOR CENTER [LEED-Platinum Seeking]
Design Work
has
been completed for a 16,000 sq.ft. LEED-Platinum Seeking Visitor
Center and Adminstrative Center for the San Lius National Wildlife
Refuge in California. The climate-sensitve design is aiming for
Net-Zero energy usage.

COUNTY ADMIN. BUILDING*
Programmig and preliminary
engineering work has begun for the 22,000 sq.ft. County Adminstrative building, the 1st phase of 3 such buildings planned
for their Commerce Drive complex. The deisgn is intended to
complement the existing County Health Services Facility located nearby.

HAGERMAN
NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE VISITOR CENTER [LEED-Certified seeking]*
Preliminary design work has begun for the
new 7,200 sq.ft. LEED seeking Hagerman National Wilidlife Refuge
Visitor and
Admin. Center to be located on the Big Mineral arm of Lake
Texhoma in north Texas.

CATALYST Partners Ackerman
and
Zucker have teamed up with Dr. Paolo Soleri of Arcosanti, and Mr. Yves
Rathle (of StudioYvesInc) to create AZUR- Ecotecture, the Large-Scale
Projects and Masterplanning Division of CATALYST.

ASH MEADOWS NAT'L
WILDLIFE REFUGE VISITOR CENTER [LEED-Platinum Seeking]
Site Feasibility Study for a
LEED-Platinum seeking 11,000 sq.ft. Visitors Center and
Maintenance Facilities for the Ash Meadows National Wildlife
Refuge in NV. Potential for structures to utilize
earth sheltering for Passive Annual Heat Storage.

SPIRITUAL
COMMUNITY
An
off-grid complex consisting of a 4,500 sq.ft. Gathering Hall, with
attached 800 sq.ft. Art Gallery, and 500 sq.ft. Restroom buildings. The
energy and resource-efficient structures will be built of straw bale
construction, utilizing passive solar strategies to provide
low-cost heating and cooling.

CUSTOM HOME
1,800 sq.ft. LEED
seeking custom
residence for Katie & Gene Cannarella of Esperia, California. The home is designed to
blend in with the landscape, and will be constructed using
high-performance SIPS (Strucutral Insulated Panels)

HUALAPAI CULTURAL
CENTER
Construction is
nearly complete for the
5,200,2-story Cultural Center for the Hualapai Nation. The
design features a sacred and sensitve architectural style, which
references both the Tribes Canyon lands and Colorado River.

LA LOGGIA AT
ARCOSANTI
A 4-Level
multi-family structure to be built at Arcosanti.
The design features sustainable concepts based on
the principles of Biomimicry. The residential structure features
enclosed greenhouses for food production, natural ventilation,
and terraced water harvesting.

COLORADO RIVER
INDIAN TRIBE ADMIN. BUILDING
Construction
is set to begin soon on a 2,500 sq.ft. Administrative building for the
Colorado River Indian Tribe to be located at Parker, Arizona. The
building will be built utilizing SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels).
