COMMERCIAL WORK

Our commercial contracts have ranged from Medical Office Buildings to Airport Terminals to Corporate Warehouse Facilities. Each job is handled with the same care and client support as our custom residential work. Alternatives for power generation and energy efficient materials are outlined at the beginning of the project. Structural insulated panels (SIPS), autoclaved concrete, as well as agriboard products have all been researched for project suitability on specific assignments.

The Crossings Medical Office Building [above left & center] is a 7,250 sq. ft. 2-floor medical office building for a local dermatologist. Simple, common sense design and construction techniques such as deep overhangs, a well detailed and oriented building envelope and properly installed insulation help keep this structure comfortable year round.
