Two New Staff Members Swell CATALYST's Ranks

PRESCOTT, AZ - Two new staff members have joined the CATALYST team.

DebbieDeborah Lesnefska is an Associate Architect with extensive experience on a wide range of projects. After graduating from Cal Poly in 1996, Deb relocated to Seattle, where she was almost immediately thrust into the Project Management role as a result of the frenzied activity of the dot com boom. "Everyone was so busy...I was handed napkin sketches and expected to take it from there. It was a real jump start."

Work on hotels, libraries, historical projects and commercial work in general faded with the subsequent dot com bust and Deb transitioned into the specialized area of zoo master planning; traveling to Columbus, OH, Buffalo, NY, and Norfolk, VA for her work. In 2004 Deb and her husband John, a graphic designer and co-owner of the Pop-Rocket magazine, decided to get out of the rain for good, and made their way to Arizona.

For the last five years, Deb has worked for Tom Reilly Associates. She is a founding member of the local USGBC branch and teaches technical drawing part time at the ECOSA Institute. She is also mother to two year old Kazimir and is currently recording her first album as bass and vocals with Prescott's only all-girl rock band, the B-Side Betties.

TrinideeTrinidee Shelton holds a degree in Business Administration from Cal State San Bernadino, with a specialty in Marketing and Graphic Design. She began working in CAD and residential design in 2004, and has been the owner-builder on two residential projects in the Prescott area. Before coming to CATALYST, Trinidee acted as Office Manager and Funding Inspector for the Special Inspections business she co-owns with her husband. The mother of two, Presley 6 1/2 and Dayton 1 1/2, Trinidee is currently working toward LEED accreditation.
