CATALYST is Growing! Firm Expands Downtown Offices PRESCOTT,
AZ- With
significant new projects coming on line, CATALYST ARCHITECTURE is
pleased to announce that it has expanded its downtown Prescott offices
to accommodate new staff
and CADD production areas. In addition
to new reception and conference
rooms, the firm has expanded its floor area within the historic
Ken-Will Building by 50%, doubling its CADD work station capacity. The registered historic structure at 123 E. Goodwin Street in Prescott, one block off the Courthouse Square, is being carefully maintained by the construction crews, with some new updates to include modern paint colors and natural interior daylighting. Plans for the addition of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the historic building, are also in the works. This office renovation is a much-needed expansion that will bring available qualified staff into the production line for current and future project assignments. Further work load increases will allow CATALYST to fill additional work stations with pre-qualified individuals, many of whom have been previously laid off or are otherwise currently out of work. CATALYST ARCHITECTURE is an award winning, full-service sustainable design firm with offices in Prescott, and Flagstaff Arizona. The firm specializes in master planning, public/tribal, commercial, and custom residential work, with an emphasis on high-performance, resource-efficient design and construction practices.
