Permaculture 72 hour Design Course

Course Format
This is a four weekend plus a Saturday course that runs alternating weekends until Nov 11th.  Each weekend is held at a different venue in the Phoenix area, with the final weekend being in Tucson.  Also there will be a final presentation day on Nov 17th at the Urban Farm in Phoenix.

What is Permaculture?
Permaculture is a way of thinking and organizing intelligent ecological and ethical design. It does not focus on the elements of sustainability in themselves, for example the details of organic living, ecobuilding, appropriate technology, community building, green finance, or rainwater harvesting, but on the beneficial relationships between these elements. Further focusing on how they are put together to make them as energy efficient and sustaining as possible, for people, the planet and our ecosystem.

1st Weekend	September 8 & 9, 2007	8am – 5pm
2nd Weekend	October 20 & 21, 2007	8am – 5pm
3rd Weekend	September 29 & 30, 2007	8am – 5pm
4th Weekend	November 10 & 11, 2007	8am – 5pm
Final Presentation	November 17, 2007	8am – 5pm
Potluck & Talent Show	November 18, 2007	8am – 5pm
